The fee for a telephone pre-petition counseling session is $55.00. We offer a reduced rate for clients who return to Springboard for their pre-discharge debtor education requirement if they elect to declare bankruptcy. The fee for returning clients for debtor education by the telephone is $45.00 plus $4.00 shipping and handling. These fees are the same for either a single filer or joint filers who attend the same session.

Counseling and Education - By Internet (save $30.00)
The fee for an Internet pre-bankruptcy counseling session is only $45.00. We offer a reduced rate for clients who return to Springboard for their debtor education (post-filing) requirement if they elect to declare bankruptcy. The fee for returning clients for debtor education by the Internet is $35.00. This is a savings of $30.00 for both Internet pre-bankruptcy counseling and debtor education off of our normal fees. These fees are the same for either a single filer or joint filers who attend the same session.
